Based on information obtained during an investigation, it was determined that the childcare facility did not notify Child Care Regulation within the required timeframe regarding a situation that may have placed a child at risk. This was corrected at inspection the director informed me they will report situations when it is alleged children were placed at risk by prohibited punishment.
