During a DFPS investigation, there was sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver dropped an empty bouncer seat on the ground next to two infants on the ground. The bouncer seat did not hit the infants, however the caregiver exhibited bad judgement when attempting to move it this way. During a DFPS investigation, there was sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver did not demonstrate good judgement when the caregiver sprayed Lysol in the close proximity of infants.
