Two Epi Pens were located in the child's backpack. One backpack was in the hall accessible to children. One backpack was hanging on a hook in a classroom accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the Epi-Pens were removed from the backpacks and placed in a cabinet where is was inaccessible to children.
